Rabo Health & Wellness (operating as Rabo Chiropractic Center) provides healthcare services to patients. By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from our practice. These messages may include appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, care-related follow-ups, wellness information, and promotional offers. You agree that consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to receive SMS messages from Rabo Health & Wellness. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to any message you receive from us. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Information sharing with subcontractors in support of services (such as appointment scheduling or customer service) is permitted. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
